What's actually in the setup fee?

The setup fee covers the build itself: SEO audit and fixes, chatbot training on your business and brand voice, AI receptionist provisioning and script tuning, CRM integration, calendar sync, social automation configuration, and quality testing before launch. It's billed once, at kickoff. Monthly fees start when your stack goes live.

Are there usage limits or overage charges?

Each tier includes a generous monthly volume that covers the vast majority of service businesses. If your call or message volume materially exceeds the tier's allowance for two consecutive months, we'll have a conversation about moving you to the next tier — no surprise overage bills. Volume caps are spelled out in your service agreement.

Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?

Yes. Most clients start with Starter or Growth Stack and upgrade as they see results. Upgrades are pro-rated and the additional services activate within 7 to 14 days. Downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.

Why annual billing?

Annual saves you two months — a real discount, not a marketing gimmick. We offer it because our infrastructure costs (voice minutes, AI compute, integrations) are billed annually on our side. When you commit annually, we pass the savings to you. Annual is optional, not required.

Do you offer refunds?

Setup fees are non-refundable once we begin building. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle but you can cancel future cycles anytime with 14 days' notice. Annual plans are non-refundable but include a free upgrade if you outgrow your tier mid-year.

What if I need a custom mix of services?

The three tiers cover most situations. If you need a non-standard mix — say, just the AI Receptionist and Database Reactivation but not SEO — we can build a custom quote during your audit call. Custom builds are typically priced between Growth Stack and Dominate.

Do I need to be on GoHighLevel already?

No. If you're already on GHL, we plug into your existing account. If you're not, we'll set you up on GHL as part of the build at no additional cost. We also integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, and most major service-business CRMs.
